Robinsons Coliseum
The Robinsons Coliseum is a proposed multi-purpose arena to be built in the Barangay Montebello, Naga City, Philippines.
Location and size
The Robinsons Coliseum will be constructed in the heart of the City of Naga, the second largest city of the Bicol Region. The proposed arena will be built near the pro-life office located on Quezon Avenue Extension Road. It will be located a few hundred meters from the National Institute of Physical Education (NIPE). It will be just a few meters away from the proposed Robinsons Plaza (formerly known as Robinsons Malls) in Barangay Montebello.
In its initial conceptual planning, it was expected that the new arena will serve as an alternative for the SM City Naga. It will have an approximate size of with a seating capacity of around 13,000 to 15,000.
Background
The arena was approved as a temporary venue for the 2015 Palarong Pambansa and one of the venues for the 23rd Congress of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) held on November 27 and 28, 2018.
